Scrapbook Page

Where on earth do I start?
For this school project. No, I don't want you to do it for me, I just need help getting started. We have to tell a story without writing an essay; we use other means, such as writing a poem, making a video, using pictures, make a computer powerpoing, ect. We must tell about an event that changed us. Now, I have quite a few, such as death of a friend; which motivated me to be a better person. Or a car accident; which taught me to live every day like my last. And joining my high school theater program, which allowed me to open up to people and make more friends. I don't know which of these to choose, and I don't know by which means to portray them. I was thinking, perhaps, to make a scrapbook looking page about the one I chose, using a picture and a brief description. The project is pretty free-form, but all the years of having to go by an outline, my creativity has been forced out of me and replaced with a "do exactly what the teacher put on an outline" boundary. Would making a scrapbook page with a brief little description be enough do you think? I'm really stuck, and I'm out of motivation. Any input would be appreciated.

What is your favorite scrapbooking technique?
And is their anything you do that you haven't seen anyone else do, or that is more unique than everyone else? I personally like to use drawings on my scrapbook pages as much as possible, not something that everyone has the ability to do.

Does anybody know any good websites to make a scrapbook page?(:?
i have to make this scrapbook page for my cheer scrapbook at the end of the year.. we have to do it on the computer.. save it as a JPEG and email it to our teacher.. i dont want to do it on Microsoft Office.. does anyone know a website where i can make my scrapbook page? thanks<3 xoxo
