Free Scrapbook Background Pages - Where to Find Them and What Next

Are you lookin' for a deal? Digital scrapbooking is pretty affordable considering the fact that you can get digital kits and reuse all of the elements in different layouts time and time again. Free scrapbook background pages are great and many small scrapbooking start ups offer them as well as major companies.

The thing is, some companies will offer you free backgrounds only to be used only in conjunction with their software. You can't just take them and then get them printed elsewhere. This may seem unfair to some, but I think that considering the fact that these companies offer them to begin with is pretty cool.

They just have an agreement with their users that limits use in some way... So, what do you do if you want to use them? You follow their terms and conditions and have the book either printed with them or their partners. All of this is going to depend on which company you are using the backgrounds from, and their rules.

Some people say that pricing is too high, but if you look at most of these comanies' basic photobooks, you'll spend no more than if you were to purchase everything separate and print your book elsewhere, or buy a book and print the pages through a printer. Plus, the big upside is that you will actually be more inclined to finish your book. This is because these companies are a one-stop-shop. There is nothing worse than piecing together a scrapbook project and never actually finishing it, printing it and giving it as a gift or keeping it for yourself.

Remember, your photobooks will make excellent gifts for birthdays, weddings, holidays and more!

I am looking for scrapbooking background paper with an art theme...brushes, paints, palettes, etc. I tried Michaels and Hobby Lobby, and a local scrapbooking store. Thanks, but AC Moore and Pearl have both closed all their stores in my state.
